- 8 cups coconut water
- A whole cup of freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice
- Salt to taste, add as much salt as tastes good to you.
- Sweetner, add some form of sweetner (which ever you like) raw honey, agave, maple syrup.
- a few drops of liquid trace minerals drops (can be found on amazon). You can also crush a 500 mg calcium tablet and add a 50 mg liquid magneisum supplement.
If you would like to use less sweetner, but don’t like the taste, I would suggest adding orange, pineapple, or cranberry juice to the mix.
When in labor start drinking early and often.
