Exercises for Swollen Feet

Pregnancy can bring on swelling in feet at any time, but in the summer it can be increased even more. One great way to avoid swelling in pregnancy is to increase circulation. This can be done through light or moderate exercise, eating a healthy diet, avoiding excessive processed foods.  Here is a great video that demonstrates some simple exercises to decrease swelling in pregnancy.
